Stonemartin provides Grade 'A', high quality serviced and managed offices in City Centre locations.
New Broad Street House is by Norwich Union and managed on their behalf by Morley Fund Management Ltd. The funding structure is very simple; Stonemartin and Norwich Union split all the income, operating costs and certain capital costs in a 20:80 ratio. A key differentiator is that Stonemartin does not purchase or lease buildings and no rent is payable. The interests of Stonemartin and the building owner is therefore completely aligned.
